History
When Sue Forbes established her real estate company in 1987; she knew quality services would be the key to success. Operating as a small three-person office, she and her associates concentrated on personal service, expert local knowledge and high standards of ethics.
As a strong company, Forbes' office continually grew in sales, adding several more agents through the years. In 1992, the company chose to refine its focus even more by becoming an independent corporation. Now called Forbes & Associates, the company specializes in residential sales throughout northern Humboldt County.
Today, as always, the agents at Forbes & Associates are dedicated to personal attention and a through knowledge of local properties. They pride themselves on knowing the area, the people and the market. And most of all. They pride themselves on getting the best value for you.
